What we receive and why

Luminiware receives your name, email and the information you submit. Business or project is optional on the Lúcio waitlist. We use this information to handle your request, notify you about agent access when requested, or discuss a website or other project.

Records and services used

The website is hosted on Cloudflare. Requests are forwarded to HubSpot, where contact details, answers, request source, submission identifier and consent are recorded. These providers process and store data and may operate infrastructure outside Brazil.

Your authorization

I authorize Luminiware to store and process the information provided to handle my request and reply by email, including notifying me about access to Lúcio if I join the waitlist. Authorization is requested through an unchecked box before submission. We record the consent text and version with the request. The form does not subscribe you to newsletters or other marketing communications.

Retention and requests

Records are retained to follow up on your request and any business relationship. To access your data, correct information, request deletion or withdraw consent, write to contact@luminiware.com. We will assess your request considering records needed for the business relationship and applicable obligations.

Care when filling in the form

Do not send passwords, confidential documents or other people's personal data. Share only the context needed to understand your request.
